SUBSCRIBING TO THE ARTNEWS LIST

You are cordially invited to join the ARTNEWS listserv.
ARTNEWS is intended as a forum for announcements and discussions of
interest to the Atlanta arts community.  Appropriate listings include
gallery openings, notices regarding organizational and special
events, and opportunities for arts activism.  Additional postings
might include any items considered of general interest to the arts
community.  The list is unmoderated so please use discretion when
posting to help eliminate trivial and out of context material from
polluting the list.

The list is being reconstituted - so if you were receiving ARTNEWS in
the past, you will still need to (re)subscribe in order to receive
information in the future.

Subscribing is a two step process:
1.  Send email to majordomo@pd.org with "subscribe artnews" (withoutthe quotes and all lowercase) on the first line of the body of the message (not in the subject: line).
2. Respond to the message you receive from majordomo requesting
authentication.  follow the simple directions in the message.
Authentication is to prevent someone (you) from being subscribed
without their consent.
After you have successfully subscribed, all messages for the list
should be addressed to artnews@pd.org.
