Curse, Georges Bataille Battle Cry, Ironing, Gashy May 15, 2014
9:00PM - 1:00AM
Price:  7
Curse
Baltimore’s Curse is a tough band to classify. Jane’s wavering screams resonate agony during downtrodden doom metal segments, but take on exquisite beauty when the band takes an electronic, “dance” vibe. They’re upbeat and electronic but also slow and morose. LTH spoke with the group’s two members, Jane Vincent (vocals, keys, sequences) and Logan Terkelsen (drums, sequences, keys, guitar) about the band’s eclectic music and where they’ll be showcasing it live.
- Louder than Hell

Georges Bataille Battle Cry
Atlanta's noisiest purveyors of no wave-tinged post-punk... a harrowing exercise in squalling feedback, pummeling monotony, and nightmarish screams in the night. - Creative Loafing

Gashy
